Job Description
About the position
The Administration Support Officer will assist the region by delivering administration support functions, including but not limited to records management, data entry, office administration, word processing and addressing customer enquiries whilst maintaining a high standard of customer service.
The role is part-time and based at our Perth (Launceston) Office.
The hours are 26.60 hours per week (0.70FTE). We're open to understanding how these hours could work best for you — whether that’s across 4 days or 5 days a week
Based on the hours, the salary for this position is approximately $46,900 per year, or $33.90 per hour, plus superannuation.
About the role
In this role, you’ll be central to the efficient operation of our regional office, including:
Providing day‑to‑day administrative support to managers and staff
Assisting with data entry, document processing and records management
Coordinating meetings, room bookings, catering and logistics
Handling external enquiries and delivering great customer service
Managing petty cash and supporting financial processing
Supporting budget preparation with the Administration Officer
Monitoring staff check‑ins (Simple In/Out) and GRN radio communications
Coordinating depot and office maintenance, consumables and housekeeping
Assisting with authorised key distribution and tracking
Supporting general office systems and processes to help the team succeed
